Great to meet you!

I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and a I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have many years of experience in community based social services and spent my career in the field of child and family services. I am currently providing individual therapy in a virtual setting for adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to get to know the person who is coming to me for help. I hope to be able to give one an objective view of their situation so that they can make decisions that are best for them or heal from a current or past trauma that is weighing them down. I want to help people recognize their strengths so they can move forward and accomplish treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect respect and care from me. They can also expect to receive thought provoking inquiries. I like to share resources and information with clients so that they can also learn on their own outside of sessions.
