Great to meet you!

I have been practicing since 2000. I have worked in many healthcare and non-profit settings both while obtaining my education and in professional roles. I have a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology and have successfully treated many individuals, families and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

I see psychotherapy as an opportunity to guide and facilitate the change you are looking for. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and attachment/relational theory. I believe our early attachments set the stage for how we come to be and how we relate to others throughout the lifespan.

What you can expect from me

The first session will focus on getting to know you and learning what leads you to seek therapy and what type of change you are hoping for. I like to engage in a collaborative conversation about goals and expectations so that we both see ideas how to move forward.
