Great to meet you!

I’ve been a psychotherapist for over 25 years, with a special focus on adults 60 and beyond navigating retirement, relationship changes, grief, loss, and the many transitions of this season of life. I’m known for my warmth, compassion, and deep belief in my clients’ strengths, and many people tell me they feel safe and at ease with me from our very first meeting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in truly listening to you, ensuring you feel heard, understood, and not alone in what you’re facing. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working in your life, strengthening your resilience and drawing on your hard‐earned wisdom to move forward in this next chapter. I blend my clinical experience and practical tools with genuine human connection, so our work feels collaborative, respectful, and deeply supportive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you're free to share what's bringing you in—whether that involves retirement, grief and loss, relationship changes, or other life transitions—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together we'll explore your concerns and your strengths, with room for you to pause, reflect, and grow without any pressure to move faster than you’re ready.

By the end of our first session my intention is that you feel heard, safe, and supported in embarking on this journey together.
