Great to meet you!

At MindMorph Brain Change Therapy, I help adults with anxiety, overthinking, performance anxiety, workplace stress, and trauma-related patterns. Life can feel overwhelming—even when, from the outside, everything appears okay. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful adults who are carrying more stress, worry, pressure, or emotional exhaustion than others realize.

You may find yourself overthinking, feeling stuck in anxiety, questioning yourself, struggling with intrusive thoughts, carrying the weight of past experiences, or feeling pressure to always hold it together.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not judged. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes while moving at a pace that feels manageable.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in leadership and Human Resources, which gives me a unique understanding of workplace stress, high expectations, difficult environments, and the pressure many adults experience.

Together, we focus on helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, supported, and actively involved in the process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals rather than a one-size-fits-all method.

Together, we work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools and creating meaningful change. I want therapy to feel both supportive and productive—a place where you can explore difficult experiences while also leaving with insight, direction, and hope.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, I-CBT, ACT, and neuroscience-informed therapy depending on your needs and goals. Whether we are addressing anxiety, overthinking, trauma, OCD, performance pressure, or life transitions, my focus is helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to the life you want to live

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and many clients tell me they feel nervous before their first appointment. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never pressured to share more than you’re ready for.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—what has been bringing you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. We’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals while building a plan that feels supportive and manageable.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to what they’ve been experiencing—and hopeful that change is possible.
