Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting women in the midst of life's storms. Over 25 years in psychology & education have taught me that action matters. Let me help you learn to love and value your precious time on this beautiful planet.

My approach to therapy

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) changed my life and I want to help you use it to change yours! ACT teaches you skills to think about and understand the world differently. Through powerful processes such as willingness, unhooking from unhelpful thoughts, perspective-taking, and committed action, you can learn to meet life as it is, and do what matters.

What you can expect from me

I want you to leave our first session feeling inspired, energized and excited about your life. We will briefly get to know one another, then immediately begin learning foundational ACT skills, that you can apply as soon as you walk out the door. I focus less on diagnosis and symptoms, and more on helping you learn skills and processes to live a rich and meaningful life.
