Great to meet you!

I believe that effective therapy begins with a genuine connection built on trust, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I have more than 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning difficulties, stress, life transitions, behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, and relationship issues. I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, allowing me to provide specialized support for individuals struggling with attention, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to develop treatment plans tailored to your unique goals and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Before entering private practice, I spent nearly a decade as a certified school psychologist, conducting psychological evaluations, helping students with learning and behavioral challenges, supporting families through the IEP process, and collaborating with educators to improve academic and emotional outcomes. I also have extensive experience in crisis intervention, including psychiatric evaluations and suicide risk assessments in emergency room settings, providing me with a broad understanding of mental health across all levels of care.

Whether you're managing ADHD, coping with anxiety or depression, navigating parenting or relationship challenges, or working through a major life transition, I strive to provide practical tools, compassionate guidance, and evidence-based care that help you build resilience and achieve lasting emotional well-being. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that helps you move forward with greater confidence, balance, and hope.
