Great to meet you!

OCD Specialist. Are you struggling with OCD, anxiety, or trauma? I'm here to help you find relief and regain trust in yourself. With over 18 years of experience as a therapist, I am passionate about helping others recover from anxiety related issues. I combine a compassionate approach with extensive training in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders. My goal is to equip you with the necessary tools in a supportive setting, enabling you to overcome the obstacles holding you back.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-oriented approach to therapy, utilizing research-based methods. First, I will assess and get an understanding of your goals. Together, we will choose the type of therapy that best suits your needs. I draw from various techniques, including CBT, ICBT, ERP, CPT, TEAM and others. By blending these modalities, I provide a customized experience in order to get the best results. To support your progress, light homework between sessions will help you to achieve a successful outcome.
