Great to meet you!

Every childhood has a story and every childhood story matters.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to help your child thrive emotionally? Whether you’re navigating big feelings, complex family dynamics, or healing your own childhood wounds, therapy can offer a new path forward—one that is grounded in compassion, clarity, and lasting change.

I work with adults, children (ages 4-10), and parents to untangle the emotional roots of behavior, anxiety, grief, and relational stress. My work is informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, narrative healing, and the Enneagram Harmony model. Many of my clients are parents seeking a better way to connect with their child—or adults trying to make peace with their own past so they can live in freedom and authenticity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For children, I offer a safe and playful space to explore emotions, build regulation skills, and develop confidence. For adults, I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental approach to help you understand your patterns, heal old wounds, and find a more centered way of living. For parents, I offer strategies rooted in connection—not perfection—to support your child’s emotional growth and your own well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Healing starts with understanding. Together, we’ll identify the emotional scripts that have shaped your reactions and relationships and begin to rewrite them—one conversation, one choice, one step at a time.
