Great to meet you!

As a clinical psychologist, I find it to be a tremendous honor and privilege to guide people back to their true and best self. I have over 20 years experience in the field of mental health. I've enjoyed working in a university counseling center with young adults and spent several years providing therapy and assessment services for an outpatient Kaiser Psychiatry adult clinic.

My approach to therapy

I am a mindfulness based practitioner using a client-centered approach and employ evidence based practices as appropriate. Creating a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic space that allows for connection, curiosity, and transformation is my goal! As your therapist, it is my task to understand your particular situation and bring forth the appropriate tools and techniques that will allow you to flourish.

What you can expect from me

I take a collaborative approach to treatment and the first step will be listening to your story. Together, we can explore what brought you to therapy and formulate treatment goals. I find it valuable to focus on the present, to create authentic conversation and provide an embodied experience of therapy. We will also be exploring your history to allow for context and a greater understanding of your current struggles.
