My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and based on each client’s unique challenges and preferences while incorporating evidence-based interventions. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, respectful, and accepting.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe therapeutic space in which clients feel comfortable discussing their current concerns and personal history.
