Great to meet you!

I am licensed in New York with 34 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

My approach to therapy

Conscious Integrated Therapy (CIT) is a holistic approach to therapy that combines traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness/CBT/DBT and body-based practices. CIT focuses on helping clients to become aware of the present moment and to develop greater insight into the root causes of their distress. This approach is based on the understanding that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected and can be used to gain insight into your experiences and yourself.

What you can expect from me

A warm and welcoming approach where people feel listened to, questions are answered, making possible clarity and self development. Free resources are on work in progress page of https://susanrazavitherapist.com
