My approach to therapy

Susan practices CBT to help clients learn to challenge negative and irrational thoughts that make them anxious and depressed without realizing why. She uses mindfulness to help clients focus on the present to fight anxiety and enjoy life abundantly. She uses Solution Focused Therapy to help clients with feeling stuck in a situation by focusing on strengths. She helps clients with Goal Setting in baby steps that can help with the overwhelmed feeling that keeps clients from accomplishing goals.
