Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in general Psychology (non-clinical) and over more 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and I want to commend you for beginning this journey. My role is to support you in making the process meaningful, empowering, and tailored to your unique path.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that no two people are the same, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs and circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My primary framework is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured and evidence-based approach that helps individuals recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This method is practical and collaborative, providing you with tools to better manage your emotions and behaviors. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, or other evidence-based interventions to support your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clear, open communication is the foundation of my work. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I practice active listening and offer thoughtful reflection, walking alongside you as a compassionate and calm partner—especially when facing life’s more difficult moments.

Together, we will work to support your growth, healing, and sense of empowerment.
