Great to meet you!

Living a life you once dreamed of, but you don't feel the way you think you should or would like to feel? Has anxiety or depression taken over; or unmet needs keeping you from fully inhabiting this stage of your life. For 25+ years, I've had the honor of walking with women through these transitions and into a fuller spectrum of their selves. Extensive training in Family systems, DBT and Somatic Work.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients holistically, working to understand all that is important to them and where their strengths reside. Understanding that everyone is part of a larger system (family, work, community, etc.) and how to help understand the impact these have on overall functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you will start to share what made you reach out in the first place. As you share the many pieces of what makes you YOU, we will then work together to create the next chapter in your own voice and with your own vision for how you want to think, feel, move through life. Only once we know your strengths and unique characteristics will we decide what therapeutic approach will be best suited to your goals.
