Great to meet you!

Born and raised in Connecticut, with life experiences spanning Alaska, New Mexico, and Florida, I bring a grounded yet adventurous spirit to my work. With 15 years of nursing experience across multiple specialties, I’m deeply committed to helping people feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically by the end of every session. I specialize in compassionate, holistic care and have worked extensively with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, and ADHD. Outside of work, I find peace in the outdoors hiking, swimming, and spending time with dogs. My goal is always to help lighten the load you're carrying and support you in feeling more balanced and seen.

My approach to therapy

I believe that truly effective care begins with listening, really listening to each person’s story without judgment. I approach every patient with an open mind and an open heart, taking the time to understand their unique experiences, values, and needs. I put myself in your shoes to better understand what you're going through, and I treat you the way I would want someone to treat my own family.

Compassion is at the core of everything I do. I know that navigating health challenges, especially mental health, can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to be a steady, supportive presence. I work hard to advocate for you, support your goals, and help lighten the emotional and physical burdens you may be carrying. Every step of the way, I aim to make you feel heard, respected, and truly cared for.

What you can expect from me

After our first session, my goal is for you to walk away feeling like the weight you’ve been carrying is just a little lighter. You can expect to feel heard, supported, and understood, without judgment. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized plan that works for you, including a thoughtful and collaborative approach to medication if it's appropriate for your needs. You won’t leave with all the answers, but you will leave with a clear next step and someone truly in your corner.
