Great to meet you!

I would be honored to support you in creating a new narrative to help evoke change and fully embrace life. When working with me, you can expect a non-judgmental and empathetic way of being to ensure a safe space to share. By examining the patterns that are no longer working, we can begin to look through a different lens to identify new possibilities for you to best thrive in life.

My approach to therapy

Based on a humanistic foundation, my creative approach combines several counseling techniques focusing on creative expression. These include mindfulness, narrative therapy, art, and phototherapy, to explore a holistic healing process. In my work, I use storytelling through imagery to foster connection, and insight into shared human experiences. This process allows clients to express complex emotions and view their journeys from new perspectives for healing and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a collaborative space tailored to their needs. For young adults, I focus on building confidence and letting go of fears. Middle-aged adults explore life transitions, redefine relationships, and embrace self-care. Older adults navigate aging with support to foster acceptance and renewal. Each session fosters resilience, self-awareness, and the confidence to embrace life’s possibilities and overcoming complications.
