Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stressed or stalled in achieving your personal, relationship, or career dreams?

My goal is to help you to better understand your hopes, thoughts, and behaviors that help or limit you in achieving these dreams.

We then collaborate on naming and using your strengths and skills to find solutions to empower you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will use insight-oriented and accountability practices to help you remain productive and to challenge thoughts, coping patterns, or unconscious beliefs that may be keeping you stuck or in limbo.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work in a calm, nonjudgmental way to help you use your innate strengths and skills, and to build new practices that work for you.

Mental and physical health are the same thing. I ask clients to consider their diet, exercise, sleep, work hours, screen time, relationships, and work.
