Great to meet you!

I provide therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma as well as couples experiencing relational problems.

My approach to therapy

I take a strength-based, collaborative, and empathic approach to my work that includes warmth, curiosity, and humor. I utilize several approaches to therapy, including interpersonal psychodynamic theory, family systems theory, and CBT modalities. I find value in incorporating a multi-systemic framework and helping clients identify how their various systems (family, friends, work, school, and community) influence and contribute to presenting symptoms.

What you can expect from me

My goals is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help my clients develop self-awareness, recognize alternatives, and feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
