Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. My professional experience spans a range of treatment settings, including acute care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) in mental health facilities, long-term care environments, and private practice.

Through these experiences, I’ve found that individual therapy holds a special place in my heart. It offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients—walking alongside them through their deepest hurts, frustrations, and stressors. I’m passionate about helping others learn to process their experiences, embrace acceptance, and ultimately grow into the happiest, most fulfilled version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

Relationships are at the core of human interaction, whether engaging with family members, significant others, co-workers, or individuals in your community. I will assist you in learning boundaries and mechanisms to maneuver through rough times so you may be a healthier, happier person. Asking for what you need is often difficult, but is an important part of improving your health and well-being. Therapy is about you and what you hope to accomplish.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space to be seen, heard, and understood — without judgment. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, to come alongside you in your challenges, and to walk beside you as you move toward becoming the person you want to be.

Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and build the tools you need to face life with more confidence, clarity, and compassion. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a path forward — one step at a time, at your own pace.

Ultimately, I hope you leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, more self-trust, and a sense of empowerment to live a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
