Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical psychologist who has been working in this field since 2014. I work with kids through adults, with particular focus on mood disorders (anxiety, depression, etc.), self-esteem, and developmental disabilities.

My approach to therapy

I typically approach therapy from a more client-centered or collaborative approach. I believe that each individual is the main authority of their own lives and experiences, so my goal is to work together to cope with the difficulties and stressor that arise.

What you can expect from me

At the end of sessions with my, I aim for my clients to feel empowered to face the stressors in their life. Ideally they will be able to recognize their strengths and use them to manage any negative thoughts or experiences that may arise.
