A bit about my approach to therapy

Solution focused/empowerment strength-based approach. I encourage expanding both self-awareness/knowledge & experience while building skills & reframing or redeciding what we choose to do, about understanding past, present as well as our future choices/experiences/plans. I use a combination of CBT, Mindfulness & experiential learning to encourage a shift of perspective & decision making & more exploring more hopeful options & choices moving forward.

What you can expect from our first session

A practical, non-judgmental exploration of themselves, their past concerns beliefs, responsibilities, choices. Encouraging constructive, more constructive or hopeful future approach regarding any new patterns, directions, decisions & beliefs they may choose to support moving forward. I work with clients to better understand & accept themselves, grieve & learn from past losses. While taking responsibility for all three domains our life experience: our past, present actions & future choices.
