Welcome- I am glad you've stopped by. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with three decades of experience supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, grief and stress. Many people begin therapy feeling exhausted, anxious or stuck. Thrapy offers an opportunity to turn that exhaustion into insight and renewed energy for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens through connection and compassionate support. With over 30 years in practice my approach draws from evidence-based methods such as CBT. Mindfulness, Trauma-informed and Somatic methods. My history includes studies, certifcations and practice in yoga for mental health Therapy sessions with me offers new opportunities to turn your current lived experience into insight, understanding, and renewed energy for meaningful change.
