I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a family nurse practitioner with 11 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, depression that has been treatment-resistant, ADHD, mood disorders such as bipolar, OCD, PTSD, substance use disorder, along with other mental health disorders. I can work with children ages 8 and older, adolescents and adults.

I am the proud wife of a US Army Veteran.

Your first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on your symptoms, history, and treatment goals. We’ll review prior medication trials, current medications, and relevant medical factors, and discuss evidence-based medication options.

I practice an integrative approach to psychiatry, educating patients on how lifestyle factors, nutrition, supplements, and overall wellness can support mental health alongside medication. Treatment decisions are collaborative, with an emphasis on conservative prescribing, education, and ongoing monitoring, so you leave with clear next steps and follow-up expectations.
