Great to meet you!

I prioritize client-centered care and strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for healing. My passion is to offer compassion to those with pain and assist them in finding inner peace on their journey.

My approach to therapy

I typically incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities focused on brain-based trauma interventions, including EMDR, Hypnosis, and Vagus Nerve techniques. Additionally, I also have training in DBT, nutrition counseling, and psychodynamic therapy, and I prioritize utilizing the approach that is most comfortable for the client. I have recently added a trained therapy dog to my practice. He is a Bernedoodle that provides grounding, deep pressure, and support to clients that are interested. He is typically available in sessions 3 days a week and available for off campus interventions including trauma intervention, mental and trauma informed education, mental health and trauma informed prevention, and any other services deemed appropriate by his handler.

What you can expect from me

The client's overarching objectives and desired outcomes will dictate the results achieved in the sessions.
