Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from Barry University. I’ve had the privilege of working in community mental health, supporting individuals in substance use treatment, and helping survivors of crime and trauma. Currently, I practice in a private setting, where I specialize in working with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma healing. My passion is creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel understood, discover your strengths, and begin building the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, empathetic, and solution-focused. I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to explore your experiences and create a path forward that feels right for you. I draw from trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives, using approaches like CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and EMDR. I adapt each session to meet your unique needs, while always prioritizing a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building comfort and trust. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discussing tools and approaches that may help. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, hopeful, and ready to take the next steps on your healing journey.
