Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nine years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard—without fear of judgment. I’ve worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and life experiences, and I value getting to know each person and their unique story.

My approach to therapy

I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with experience supporting individuals navigating trauma and PTSD. My work is informed by Attachment Theory, and together we may explore how your early relationships and life experiences connect to how you see yourself and relate to others today. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative—we’ll work together to better understand patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin with a comfortable, supportive conversation to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, moving at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel heard and to give you a sense of how we might work together moving forward.
