Great to meet you!

Sometimes the patterns causing you the most pain are the ones you cannot see. I’m a trained psychoanalyst with six years of experience helping adults understand the deeper, often unconscious forces shaping their emotions, relationships, and choices. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, mourning, and difficult life transitions. Together, we can make sense of confusing patterns, increase self awareness, and uncover what may be keeping you feeling stuck or suffering.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful therapy begins with a meaningful relationship where you feel genuinely heard, seen, and understood. My approach is warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and rooted in psychoanalytic therapy, with attention to what may be happening beneath the surface of your thoughts and emotions. By exploring your experiences, relationships, and recurring emotional patterns, we can better understand what is driving them and create space for lasting change, healing, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to understand what is bringing you to therapy right now and what you hope will be different. I’ll ask about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals while giving you space to share at your own pace. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel safe being honest and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.
