Great to meet you!

My clients should know that I provide a calm, nonjudgemental space where they can show up exactly as they are. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and trauma can feel, and I approach each session with compassion and respect. I believe healing happens at your own pace, and I will walk alongside you as we work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I work with clients to better understand how past experiences, current stressors, and thought patterns may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help process distressing experiences and reduce their impact. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe while also building practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and structured conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy. We will review your current concerns, relevant history, and goals for treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether we are a good fit.
