Great to meet you!

I am collaborative and creative with a good sense of humor. I strive to create an environment where you will feel engaged, curious, and challenged.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, and I believe having a good fit is key to the work. I offer a free consultation. I can also provide EMDR therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Therapy (like IFS) as well as other evidence based modalities.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will collaborate to explore what is troubling you and develop a plan for your treatment goals. Have you noticed any patterns? What would things look like if this issue was resolved?

I often work who are seeking relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD or that have complex trauma. I often work with adult children of alcoholics, and people struggling with navigating challenging family or step-family dynamics.
