Great to meet you!

With over 40 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I hold a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person's story. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, which means I work with you to explore how past experiences may be shaping your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I offer a safe supportive virtual space for older teens and adults who are ready to reflect, grow, and move toward lasting change. Whether you're navigation anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or high-conflict relationship dynamics, I bring warmth, insight, and seasoned clinical skill to help you better understand yourself and create a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to walk alongside you, not to give quick fixes, but to help you find clarity. I believe that lasting change comes from developing deeper self-awareness and insight. I also integrate other modalities when appropriate, such as mindfulness, relational work, and practical coping strategies, to meet each client where they are. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel deeply seen and supported in their growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a greater understanding of themselves and the root causes of their emotional distress, as well as tools to navigate relationships, live transitions, and inner conflict with more confidence. Over time, many clients report feeling more empowered, emotionally resilient, and better able to make choices that align with their values. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and designed to support long-term healing.
