Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Susan Wise, PhD and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I am here to assist you in making the changes in your life that you have always wanted to make but have been afraid to do so. Change can be accomplished by building a therapeutic environment that focuses on empathy, acceptance, and mutual respect and trust. My approach to therapy uses a wide range of therapeutic modalities, and they include CBT, Art Therapy, Problem Solving, Coping strategies, communication skills, and more. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are motivated to move forward

My approach to therapy

My communication style is forward and promotes positive changes that need to take place in a comfortable, safe place with an experienced therapist who can remain "neutral", supportive, and respectful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop healthy coping tools, and improve how you handle life’s challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s holding you back and take steps toward the life you want. Each session is a chance to grow, reflect, and move forward with purpose.
