Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing and mental health care across a variety of clinical settings. I work with all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing difficult experiences. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I work closely with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal during the initial appointment is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and goals, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the process.
