Hi my name is Susana Sierra I am a Holistic Coach and Therapist. I provide heart-centered coach and therapy services to individuals who want to go from coping, to healing to thriving. The power of self awareness is the greatest tool to self discovery. Self-discovery helps us unlearn what no longer serves us and teaches us how to grow into better versions of ourselves. It is important to look inward and ask ourselves questions about life in order to elevate your experiences.
