I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and IFS to help you understand how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and inner parts interact, while also translating that understanding into actionable tools. I attend closely to how stress and emotion are held in the body and may incorporate grounding or mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation when helpful.
