Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. I have experience working with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance use. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're here.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the most meaningful progress happens within a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I enjoy incorporating psychoeducation to help clients better understand themselves, and I use a direct yet compassionate approach that gently challenges unhelpful patterns and encourages new perspectives. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and motivated to grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify your goals. I aim to create a space grounded in honesty, curiosity, and mutual respect, where you can openly explore your experiences while feeling supported. Together, we'll work toward meaningful and lasting change.
