Great to meet you!

I am a warm and creative therapist who believes in the power of therapy to help folks recognize their unique journey and identify their strengths. I provide support and tools for my clients to use along the way, drawing from a wide toolbox of therapy approaches, including EMDR. I like to draw on my clients creativity and imagination, and love integrating inner child work into the therapy space.

My approach to therapy

I frequently focus on the power of attachment: both exploring history and how you connect with others in your everyday life. I find that a focus on attachment ties in well to my primary therapy approach of EMDR and 'parts' work to help you process and grow from past traumas!

What you can expect from me

Many people feel that difficult or painful experiences have the power to define them, or that it may have damaged them permanently. I aim to help my clients regain some control in deciding who they are and the path they want to take, through building a deeper understanding of themselves and how they connect with the world.
