Great to meet you!

I have a breadth of global experiences that allows me to understand a wide variety of client perspectives. This makes me good at helping people and it is very fulfilling to me to be a support to individuals from a different experiences and backgrounds as they navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach in session is client-centered and strengths-based, focused on creating a warm and safe environment for the client. I lean on psychodynamic, attachment, trauma-informed, and mind-body theoretical orientations as my framework, and borrow interventions from a variety of therapies tailored to my clients, including ACT, CBT, somatic therapy, EFT, and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to be greeted with warmth, curiosity, and open mindedness. I will be asking questions to get to know you better, discuss our process collaboratively with you, and help lay a solid foundation for our work together. It is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable, and I will work to help make that happen from our first meeting.
