Great to meet you!

Hello there! Understanding your own story and what has led you to this point in your life can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help with that. Unraveling religious trauma and internalized messages can be a huge part of this. Wherever you’re at in your journey of aging, spirituality, and identity is where we’ll start. I am queer affirming and strive to create a safe and inviting space. We'll collaborate to help you live a life that is making meaning and committed action toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

I am integrative and person centered in my approach, meaning, we will talk about what feels important to you.I’m certified in grief counseling, and Lifespan Integration. I also draw from from Humanist and Feminist theories, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotionally Focused Techniques to best support you in meeting your needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you a space that you can be your authentic self, explore old wounds, and live a life aligned with your values. Feeling connected with your therapist is an important part of this work, I would love to chat to see if we would be a good fit! I currently do not have any availability but feel free to reach out via email to discuss being added to my waitlist.
