Great to meet you!

I bring experience from a variety of settings, including schools, homes, mental health facilities, and private practice. This diverse background allows me to work with individuals within the full context of their lives—not just in therapy.

Outside of work, the beach is my happy place. Give me sunshine, the sound of waves, and good music, and that's pretty much the perfect day. I also love traveling, hiking, riding my bike, baking, camping with my husband and our two kids, and getting lost in a good book. More than anything, I love spending time with family and friends because those connections are what make life feel rich and meaningful to me!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with tweens/adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the challenges that come with growing up in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world. I understand the feeling of being overwhelmed, needing direction, and guidance. My hope is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where the individual feels comfortable being themselves. I also understand that life transitions can feel daunting. I take a practical, holistic approach that focuses on building emotional awareness, coping skills, and healthy decision-making they can use in real-life situations.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when the individual feels heard, respected, and understood. I like to start the therapy journey getting to know each other and hearing their story. Together, we will work towards meaningful growth at a pace that feels right, helping build confidence, resilience, and tools they can carry with them beyond the therapy room. I have been there too. I know how it can feel to take the first step.
