Clients that seem to be a good match working with me are those that are going through anxiety, those that are experiencing transitions in life (career, family, relationships), grief and parenting concerns. I work with adults (18+) and provide a non-judgmental environment for my clients.
My approach is to provide an environment that is non-judgmental and is collaborative between the client and myself. I come into treatment with clients to work on taking small action steps and expanding from there to reaching the bigger goal of improved functioning and having a greater understanding of the why behind the symptoms/behaviors.
