Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a specialty in maternal mental health — supporting people through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the emotional transitions that come with becoming a parent. My background in home health, hospice, and hospital-based care has given me a deep appreciation for the whole person, not just the presenting concern. I see clients virtually in the evenings, so getting support that actually fits your life is something I take seriously.

My approach to therapy

I believe good therapy meets you where you are — not where a checklist says you should be. I use specialized tools like the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale when they're genuinely helpful, and I skip them when they're not. My style is warm and practical: we'll focus on what's actually getting in your way and build strategies that hold up in real life, not just in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation — I want to hear what's going on for you, what your day-to-day looks like, and what kind of support would actually feel helpful right now. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. We'll take it at your pace and figure out together what our work should look like.
