Great to meet you!

Using a holistic approach, I work with teens and adults who have found themselves in a rut. This may present as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, using substances and other behaviors in unhealthy ways. I meet you where you are and work with you to deepen understanding and self-awareness and build healthy coping tools. I work with athletes, First Responders, members of the military community and law enforcement, as well as gifted children and adults, and executives. My clients often have a strong motivation or feel a pressure to succeed in school, sports, work or life, and are frustrated by their inability to "master" this.

My approach to therapy

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), yoga and other mindfulness approaches, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is highly effective with trauma. Expect to work - together we look at your lifestyle and consistent patterns and choices, and address areas where you can better support your mind and body.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15 minute phone call to help you decide if I may be a good fit. In our first meeting (the intake), my aim is to help you feel comfortable with the process and hopeful about the journey ahead.
