Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-focused therapy, and nervous-system-informed approaches, I work with you to build safety, stability, and emotional resilience while addressing the root impact of trauma.
