Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe there’s nothing more powerful and healing than being seen, heard, and understood by another human being. Recognizing the worth, dignity, and unique journey of each person can truly empower us—and this is what inspired me to become a therapist. I see the whole of you and deeply believe that everyone deserves to live an authentic, fulfilling life.

As a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapist, I value all walks of life and respect each person’s individuality. Your story matters, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to greater self-awareness and healing.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals, teens, couples and families, specializing in trauma. I offer services in Portuguese, English and Spanish. I also offer immigration evaluations for immigration/legal purposes.

My approach to therapy

Through a psychodynamic & Jungian lens, we’ll work together to explore the unconscious and bring awareness to the patterns that influence your life. By understanding these dynamics—whether it’s unresolved emotions, repressed memories, or family dynamics—you can create space for more freedom and wholeness in your life. You're the protagonist of your own story.

I also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based alternative for trauma processing. Additionally, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for skills building when needed.

What you can expect from me

The unconscious mind is not a villain—rather, it helps us point to what needs attention and understanding. Traumatic experiences can leave deep wounds in our psyche, often without us even realizing their lasting impact. These unprocessed experiences can shape our present, influencing our relationships with others and with ourselves.

Since day one in my practice, therapy will be a safe and supportive space, where we begin this journey of self-discovery.

I’d love to support you in uncovering the layers that make you who you are and help you live a more authentic and integrated life.
