Great to meet you!

Entering my crone era, I come to the therapist chair with a wealth of experiences which have given me have understanding, compassion and empathy and to see a bigger picture. I earned my MA online with Colorado Christian University, gaining a holistic view of mental health. I am drawn to women's issues, but also work with all clients to give support and treatment for divorce, betrayal and and other traumatic and challenging events including faith journeys and religious trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a trauma-focused clinician who considers the effect trauma and attachment has during crucial developmental phases. I am trained in EMDR, a therapy treatment for PTSD, trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, and other challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I take a client-centered approach, provide a safe space to explore, express, and process emotions and then find ways to continue healing and practicing wellness in the day-to-day routine. I am honored to walk this path with you!
