Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have been honored to support children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, family challenges, and major life transitions. I earned my degree from Simmons University with a focus on Trauma Studies and feel grateful for my experiences in both school-based therapy and medical settings as a social worker. This background enables me to appreciate how emotional stress can impact various aspects of life—including school, family relationships, and health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and not judged. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and solution-focused approaches to help clients build practical coping skills and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. I tailor treatment to each person, focusing on strategies that feel realistic, manageable, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, our primary objective is to discuss what has been feeling overwhelming or difficult for you. We will review your current concerns and relevant background, while clarifying what you hope to achieve through our work together. I place a high priority on establishing a safe and supportive professional relationship from the outset. Together, we will translate your goals into a structured, manageable plan for forward momentum.
