Susie Lo

In California, practicing since 2005 and licensed in 2011, I promote healing through cross modalities: mind, body and spirit connection. My goal is to help you reach your fullest potential. I have experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My specialties are the “bookends” of life: birth, change and death. While each client has their own goals, my main one is to help you feel better than from when you first started therapy.

Through a culturally informed lens and use of various evidenced-base practices, I want to help you in living your best, "good enough life,"-good and bad times and building resilience along the way. My therapeutic specialties and modalities include but are not limited to Attachment, strength-based, EMDR, DBT, ante and postpartum, early childhood to grief and loss. I want to support you through the three main constants in life: birth, change and death.

I provide a safe space and no judgement so you feel heard. I am open to your feedback; this helps me be a better therapist for you. Through reflective practice, identifying and practicing healthy boundaries, you will gain your own insight in making the best decisions for yourself that help you work though life’s challenges.
