Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Susie and I'm a Clinical Social Worker. My clinical background is diverse. I've helped clients in the Emergency Department, Palliative Care, Inpatient Medical/Surgical, and outpatient mental health.

I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Washington in 2014 with a focus on health/mental health. Prior to that, I worked in state group homes, foster care, and the juvenile court system.

I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions (new baby, new job, retirement), chronic health conditions, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients. What are your goals? How can we get there together? I use a mix of narrative therapy, CBT, solution focused, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

First, we determine if we are a good fit to reach your goals, we complete a thorough assessment, and treatment plan.
