I bring over a decade of clinical experience collaborating with individuals, couples, and families across diverse settings. My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and empowerment.
As a therapist, I provide a supportive environment for individuals and families addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and life stressors. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Health Aging & Society from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (2005) and a master’s degree from Springfield College School of Social Work (2009). Additional certificates have been obtained in therapeutic practices including childhood sexual abuse/forensic interviewing, trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, mental health, and nutrition.
