Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional driven by a singular mission: supporting and encouraging others to build a better world for the next generation.

With a clinical foundation rooted in systemic change, I earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2018. This followed an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Transformational Change, also from Friends University—a unique combination that shows my belief in growth both at the individual level and within broader social structures.

Before transitioning into therapy, I gained invaluable "on-the-ground" experience in community mental health as a case manager. This role solidified their commitment to advocacy and provided a deep understanding of the diverse challenges facing families today.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic in nature. I believe we are all complex and unique human beings, so it is important for me to provide an inclusive and nonjudgemental environment. Our therapy rooms are a place where you can tap into your thoughts, explore change, and begin to explore your peace.

I embrace the following philosophies:

  • I believe that you are worthy of love and care. I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work.
  • I believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end.
  • I believe that Brene Brown was right when she said, "Owning your story is the bravest thing you'll ever do.”

What you can expect from me

There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and allow you a place to be yourself. I am always open to hear your feedback, concerns, and questions.
