Great to meet you!
I am a dedicated mental health professional driven by a singular mission: supporting and encouraging others to build a better world for the next generation.
With a clinical foundation rooted in systemic change, I earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2018. This followed an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Transformational Change, also from Friends University—a unique combination that shows my belief in growth both at the individual level and within broader social structures.
Before transitioning into therapy, I gained invaluable "on-the-ground" experience in community mental health as a case manager. This role solidified their commitment to advocacy and provided a deep understanding of the diverse challenges facing families today.
